Our Club Handbook can be viewed on the Leeds Gymnastics Website. This document has full details of all our policies and procedures including our safeguarding policies for the welfare of gymnasts, staff and the public.

Codes of conduct & Complaint procedures are detailed in the handbook including our “3 Strikes Policy” for unacceptable behaviour.

All customers are bound by the terms and conditions of the Club and by signing up for classes you are agreeing to these terms.

All members of the club have to pay the annual club membership of LGC (Bronze £25/Silver £43) and be members of British gymnastics at their advertised fees (currently £14£/20/£44).

In light of the Covid 19 pandemic, LGC has updated its privacy policy to make parents/guardians and carers aware, that the club may have to provide personal details (names and 2 types of contact numbers) of members to the NHS test and trace if they request it.

We would draw your attention to some important payment terms

·        All costs are worked out on an hourly basis

·        Please note that all fees also include an allowance of 6 cancelled weeks or sessions per year

·        Direct Debits are taken on the 1st of the month (Discounts are offered for siblings & Leeds Card Extra holder - please ask for details)

·         Non-payment - any missed payments could result in your child losing their place in their class.

·        A £10 admin fee will be charged for late payment to cover the cost of additional admin cost

If a place is offered and the parent fails to complete the process in full (namely by paying the initial invoice, setting up a direct debit mandate, paying club membership and setting up British gymnastics membership within 24 hours) then the place will be reallocated. Any monies paid for the initial invoice & club membership will be refunded but a £10 admin fee for extra administration suffered by the club will be deducted from the refund.

·        If you wish to leave the club – 30 day’s notice is required by email to hello@leedsgymnastics.com and fees are chargeable up the 30 days notice.
