Come and bring your parents, sisters and brothers to an open play session. These sessions are suitable for children of school age, however if you do wish to bring a younger children this is at your own discretion. Individual bookings should be made for every child in attendance, form walking to 16 years old. **If there is a child with Down syndrome attending, they must be screened for Atlanto-Axial instability - without the club having a record of this we cannot allow attendance in this session. Please see the instructions below on how to do this: - Forward on the Atlanto-Axial Instability Information pack attached to this email to the parent of the child with Down syndrome who will need to book an appointment with a medical practitioner to have this check completed - Once filled out, this will need emailing to inclusion@british-gymnastics.org who aim to get back to you in 30 days. Leeds Gymnastics Club will also need a record of this form to update our records.
